I called steam way care carpet cleaning from Fort Collins on a Sunday morning and had my carpets done that Sunday afternoon. This was the best carpet cleaning service that I have ever had. the customer representative was the hardest-working representative I have ever seen. I have never seen a carpet care person take so much pride in their work as well as have a vast array of knowledge and how to perform the job and taking out stains. My customer representative was truly amazing I felt like I actually had somebody caring for my home and my carpets and not just an outfit who was there to make money and leave. I will always call steam care carpet clean for all my carpet needs and upholstery as well as refer them to my friends.

My first time having to get my carpets cleaned before moving out of my apartment and this was a great service! Make sure you schedule them early because their spots do fill up at the end of the month, and if your parking lot is like mine (not very close to the apartment) then make sure you mention that so they bring a long enough hose. Loved the service! I definitely recommend it!

Came home at 6AM to dog poop everywhere! By noon that same day my carpets looked like new again. Seriously great job and thanks so much for fitting me in your schedule on such short notice. Most definitely will be using your services again.😜

I called on what I felt was short notice, I thought it was going to be difficult to get someone out to the house considering that it would be New Year’s Eve. I was scheduled for someone to come out to my house to clean the carpets on a day that was convenient for me! Fantastic! Not only that the gentlemen that was sent out to my house to clean the carpets was phenomenal. He was quick and a very nice person and made sure we understood how important it was to clean stay off the carpets because he didn’t want us to skip coming off of a wet carpet to the wood floors. I thought that there would be a few spots that wouldn’t come clean however he cleaned the carpets very well. It’s not easy to get great service like this anymore and when it does happen I do my best to make sure that everyone I come across who needs that service knows about it! I will ONLY ever use this company- AMAZING! Basim is so good and honest in his work. I called on a Thursday and he arrived on a Saturday morning. His company offers affordable pricing, and beyond that, a personable approach. I have a little dog who has many accidents. I also do a TON of research before agreeing to anything. We had our full basement carpets cleaned a few weeks ago and the owner (although I don't recall his name) did the service. I NEVER give online reviews, but I am doing so now because I was so happy with the results and service. The gentleman explained all of the work he was doing and then did a great job.
